At first glance, Fangene på Fortet is all about teamwork, mastery and laughter.  Participants run from room to room, solving puzzles and cheering each other on.  Yet behind the scenes, the operation is highly structured.  With several locations, the company must comply with multiple sets of regulations—alcohol, fire safety, health and safety and more.  To handle this complexity, they chose Runwell.

The alcohol module ensures they always follow the rules when serving alcohol at events, with checklists for age control, serving limits and incident reporting.  The HSE module covers risk assessments and accident reporting.  Staff training is delivered via digital courses, and the chat function allows instant communication across teams.
