BabboCollective began as a sourdough bakery and quickly became a favourite in the neighbourhood.  Encouraged by success, the founders opened more eateries—Babbo Parkveien, Babbo Øvrefoss, Alex and Bente.  As the number of employees grew, so did the need for a unified system.

We had e‑mails, WhatsApp groups and paper routines everywhere. It wasn’t sustainable, says one of the founders.
